Terms of Service

1. The service

Atlas Tools is a subscription service operated by Atlas Studios (“we”, “us”) that provides website tools — such as chatbots, review collection, content publishing and lead capture — delivered to your website through an embed script and managed from a dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Each tool is billed monthly at the price shown when you enable it. There is no minimum term.
• Enabling a tool part-way through a billing period is charged pro-rata; disabling one credits you pro-rata on your next invoice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.
• If a payment fails and remains unpaid after reasonable notice, we may suspend the affected tools until payment is made.

3. Cancellation

You can disable any tool, or close your account, at any time from the dashboard. Disabled tools stop appearing on your website immediately and billing adjusts automatically. We do not offer refunds for part-used periods beyond the pro-rata crediting described above.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to add our embed script to any website you connect.
• You are the data controller for personal data collected from your website's visitors through the tools (leads, chat messages, subscribers, SMS conversations). You are responsible for your own privacy notice and lawful basis, including consent for SMS where required.
• You must not use the tools to send spam, publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or collect data you have no right to collect.
• Keep your sign-in email secure — magic links sent to it grant access to your account.

5. AI-generated content

Several tools generate text using AI (blog drafts, chatbot replies, review responses, social posts). AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or publishing it, except where a tool explicitly publishes on a schedule you have configured — in which case you are responsible for the schedule and settings you chose. AI features are subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse; we'll contact you before limits affect normal use.

6. Our commitments and limits

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and some tools depend on third-party services (Google, Stripe, Twilio, AI providers) outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (including for death, personal injury or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, giving notice where reasonable. You may export your data (leads, subscribers, content) before closing your account; we'll assist on request.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions first: hello@atlasstudios.co.uk — most things are quicker to sort by email.
